You must first obtain a Beach Driving Permit from the Gulf County Tax Collector's Office. Without a Permit, you CANNOT drive on the beaches. The permit is valid until December 31st of the year issued. You can print out the Application (link below), and mail it into the Gulf County Tax Collectors office or bring by a completed application and your payment.

You will need to mail in or bring in a Copy of your CURRENT Vehicle Registration along with your Driver's License. If your vehicle is a commercial vehicle (a Company vehicle), please provide a copy of the Corporation Papers.
